This is Toredor, one of the starring bad guys from my novel-in-progress, Realms and Remedies. [link] I FINALLY designed him. Yay!

I recently finished an illustration project, and this is my favorite picture from it.

And for those who are curious, the line art is traditional, the colors are digital, and the grasses (the ton of time consuming grasses!) were traditionally drawn with a brush pen and then scanned and transformed into brushes on photoshop. I even took a drive out to the country to get good samples of grasses to draw from life. Art is a good way to do fun things and claim it's actually "work". It's research!
