This is my entry--so far-- for :iconadella: 's contest. It is NOT turning out how i wanted. In fact i had this HUGE, FANTASTIC idea for an entry, and i started it over a month ago...and then life got in the way. I was so excited for the whole thing, but now I just get more and more disappointed with what i've come up with. If the whole project was in a tangible form, I'd drop-kick it outside and let it freeze in the snow...or stab it to death with a fork. :fork:

So here's what i've got so far. I decided to keep it pretty simplistic (like everything else in my gallery haha :sarcasticclap:) because that just seems to be the way this whole frustrating thing has forced me to go.

I can't change the drawing, but i would like opinions on anything else to make this piece of ... art... better.

EDIT EDIT EDIT!!! I added more sparkliness, glowiness, and... greeniness? :o Does it look better?

If i can get this done right away, i might have more time to throw in another (less serious) piccie! :w00t!:

Great idea! But of course, i always prefered Link and Zelda. XD My personal favorite is Ralph and Nayru. :heart:

Yeah, but it's for a contest strictly Link and Malon. My neice would've liked me to pair him up with one of the desert chics. I, personally, don't know who i'd pair him with. When i was little it was always Zelda, because she had the pretty dress, so perhaps that's what i do. :D

The purple is going to change, haha. It's supposed to be blue. I put a pink glaze over the whole thing to unify the colors and that happened. :blush:

Cute is the word that comes to mind :love: I hate to say great when I find something that sort of bothers me ... very little ... but have to say it, especially since it is for a contest. I know they are elves therefore have pointed ears, but in the image they seem too prominent, maybe is a condition for the contest ? If not I would say make them shorter ?
