Not even glowy magical healing can fix Jeremiah. Dude's got problems. 

I promise Connie's slapping him to wake him up, not because he's not registered. "Unregistered freak" means he's either been turned into a freak recent enough to not have been registered yet...ooooor that he really is hiding his powers from the law. Considering the circumstances (trespassing, spying, erased records...) Connie is allowed to assume the latter.

It's a lame slow schedule, I know, but I'm also working on Realms and Remedies. The poor thing hasn't had any art done of it far too long (although most of the work has been writing).
